There are many differences between a Real Estate Salesperson and a REALTOR®.  Although both are able to aid a client in the buying and selling of real estate, a REALTOR® is required to receive advanced education and is held to a stricter code of ethics.  We wear our REALTOR® pins with pride.  So, what separates Our services from that of other REALTORs®?  Here are just a few items:

Responsibility and Relationship: We accept a high level of responsibility with your transaction.  Our commitment to excellence exceeds those of the average REALTOR® placing our client's interests ahead of the interests of all others.  We develop partnerships with our clients that produce a high level of trust.  In fact, trust is the basis of all of our relationships.  

High Skill Level: Many agents use low skills to "stumble" through a transaction.  We believe in mastering high skill through advanced education and training, which allows us to advise and consult as opposed to merely delivering information.  Most agents "tell and sell", whereas, we educate and guide.  In fact, we are currently in the process of receiving our GRIs (a designation which distinguishes one of the highest levels of education in the Real Estate Industry.  

Self-Directed:  A lack of self-direction is enough to kill a real estate transaction and possibly make someone homeless.  Agents that are "other-directed" tend to fall behind the curve.  Our self-direction allows us to stay organized and gives us the ability to perceive and interpret information.  Most importantly, it allows us to anticipate a clients needs - take the appropriate action - and then directly own the result of that action.  

At the end of the day, no amount of fancy cars or "look at me" advertising will get your home sold.  We aim to make the buying and selling process a positive one.  There is much more to our business than just being the middleman in a sales transaction.

    Aida Rodriguez is the driving force behind The Phoenix Group.  She has the skills, knowledge, and experience to complete transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.  Aida Rodriguez specializes in the sale of distressed properties (REO Sales and Short Sales).  Prior to entering the residential side of Real Estate, Aida was a property manager for the Port of Los Angeles.  She is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, and the Western Maricopa Association of Realtors.  In addition, she is a ReoTrans member, RES.net member, and REOMAC/Five Star Attendee.  Aida devotes her time to servicing her clients, believing that communication is key and producing consistent results.  She is a skilled negotiator and is held in high regard in the local market along with her co-listing agent.
