In February of 2007, the city of Surprise approved an infrastructure agreement for Prasada (the largest regional mall in the state of Arizona).  The Prasada is estimating to bring roughly 20,000 jobs to the city of Surprise Arizona and will stretch the length of almost 60 acres.
